Look in the yellow pages for “Party supply” stores. I host a lot of large parties and get them in bulk there.

Check any dollar store, especially the dollar tree. They always have stuff like that.

look at a place where they sell dishes like hobby lobby, wall mart, Heb(if you live in texas), walgreens, dollar general, etc. etc.

Ikea has tons of stuff like that for about $1 a glass and they come in big boxes so they’re easy to transport. Kudos for not going for plastic. Very Classy! Failing that, have you thought of renting? I did the renting thing for my wedding and it was cheap and the local place even delivered!
