You can find these glasses at A.C. Moores and Micheal’s. Once you get the glasses, look at this site for inspiration on how to fill them. If you use silk flowers, you could also light them up with a small battery operates light set.http://www.myfloralarrangements.com/
Of course these designs at this site are done in a martini glass, but you could adapt them to your glasses.
